EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit: Upon booking an event with a restaurant in the Hospitality Inspirado family of brands, your deposit payment (or affirmative response to an emailed desposit request) is considered a binding contractural agreement in order to preserve your event booking for the date and amount of guests stated. Cancellation: Should cancellation occur within two weeks of your event, your deposit may be credited to a future event but not refunded. If your cancellation is outside of the two-week notice period, your deposit will be applied to costs accrued in preparation of your event and not credited or refunded.

The Green Room
An intimate private dining experience
Located just off Bar Tulum in its own room, the Green Room is our most intimate dining area, ideal for smaller celebrations and private parties of up to 12 guests.

Main dining hall
With vaulted ceilings and towering windows reminiscent of a jungle cathedral, the Canopy is ideal for truly large gatherings of 75-100 guests.

The Lodge provides a more rustic and warming retreat for rehearsal dinners and other special occasions for parties of up to 60 guests.

The Garden Room can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests, and can be fully enclosed to create for more privacy.

No Embargo offers plenty of privacy, a dedicated service team, multiple large TVs, and the opportunity for you to even bring in your own live music!
